Today I am sharing the super easy dinner table setting I created for our holiday dinner with friends earlier this week!
Although I had the help of some awesome vendor friends – this look can easily be achieved.
I started with my own dining room table and rented these fruitwood chairs. I love the way the tone of the wood worked with the rest of the color palette.
I chose this champagne poly linen to warm up the room. It is really easy to find in stores or to rent.
Chiffon runners are one my favourite trends right now. The emerald green was a little touch of (festive) color!
These battery operated mini lights are amazing. They are great all year round and were a nice change to a pillar candle inside the lanterns (7).
I got birch ornaments made with each person’s first initial and placed them on the napkin in place of a card. It served double duty as a favour for guests to take home and hang on their tree.
A fabric napkin always feels a little nicer for a dinner party. I chose these grey polyester ones to change things up on the table – I’m not one for matching everything although I am sure emerald green would have been nice too!
I am in love with these lanterns. My friend Tanya over at AWE Events let me borrow them and I wish I could buy them to have on my table all the time.
